Shih-Tzu Party at the park

       Hi guys, n Happy Holidays to everyone and all my Twitter friends, Wow! Let me tell you the last few days have been like a dream come true for us doggies.  Daddy took me n Lucy girl to the park every day last week n we stayed till it got dark. And now this Saturday were getting ready to go to the Shih-Tzu club.  That's me at home trying on my new costume. I went as a witch.  Many Paws picked it out for me, cause poor daddy he's not that good at picking clothes n stuff.

      And it's a good thing they picked it out for us cause it helped me to be one of the Lucky winners that day.  Here are some more winners getting their costumes on.

            There were Pumpkins, Angles, Butterflies, witches, pirates, and more

                Some were caught kissing each other, another one shy under a chair at first. but came out later once he saw all the fun.

                        but..... Us.... not so happy once they forced  the hats on us.

 This better be the last picture!  I love my daddy but enough is enough with the hat.  I'm telling him that here! Can you tell ? But once the hats were off it was all good.

     There is Mr foo, He was having a blast. Watching us get ready in to our costume gear he he he!  Mr Foo said. he he!

               Everyone won a toy n a bag of treats. I got the chicken jerky n a cool chew toy. I guess it was worth wearing the hat after all.

          And the fun keeps on going....wonder what were going to do tomorrow ?

A day at the park with Lucy n me

    Wow! The last few days were so nice n warm,and so clear n sunny that daddy took me and Lucy out for a special day at the park.

              Some of my friends were already there playing when we showed up. Lots of space at this park n grass to run around in.  There is Century City in the background.

      There is Lucy looking so proud and so happy.  She is one dog that truly loves the park, and likes to play with us small dogs too.

      Here I am taking a rest on the lawn and looking around at everyone playing with each other.

           Here are some of the parents keeping a watchful eye out for us little guys.

 Some of us have not see each other in such a long time.  Lots of catching up to do.

      These two guys came with Fred and his mom.  The white one is just a puppy and new to the park. They sure were having a wild time.

                      Everyone was fawning over her just cause she is sooooo cute.

 woohoo! I love u Cheviot Hill park, but its time to go home n eat dinner now.Daddy said that he has frozen meats from the deli the kind I like, Honey Roasted Turkey, and Honey ham.

OK daddy I"m ready for up-eee's now. I am hungry and tired so pick me up please and carry me to the car.

     yoo hoo we made it! RANCHO PARK in C. Hills That's me running after Lucy Girl. We could not wait to get here.  We left daddy in the dust.  He looks so funny trying to catch us and carry all of our stuff at the same time.  he he!

     The minute we got there Lucy Girl went right to the spot where we saw a skunk in the shrubs.  she looked all over for it, but daddy told us to get away from there, n leave the skunks alone.

     Wow just trying to keep up with Lucy Girl is a job.  For me at least, I have small legs

     I'll just rest for a few minutes here on top of daddy and on the picnic bench too.

                  Lucy Girl by the picnic area looking around n she sees something way off in the distance.  I wonder what it is.  We Shih-Tzu can't see that well, n that is why i like it when Lucy is with us.  She can spot danger from far away.  Oh yeah did  i forgot to tell you.   Did you know that Lucy Girl  is a supper hero. Oh yes she is.  She keeps us from danger from other dogs that might not be so nice.  When Lucy spots them we cross the street, or go the other way.

          Lucy cant seem to know where to go next, she is so happy here looking around at all that space, free with no leash on and not a sole in site. Just us. What a good feeling, I think that is what she is thinking too.

     After a little nap n daddy took his pill, we were off again, This time Lucy follow's me cause we were going to show Lucy the other side of the park, that me n daddy go to when its just the two of us.  woo hoo!    come on Lucy  weeeeeeee

 The other side has more picnic benches, BBQ's and more grass. Lots n lots of grass nice n green too. This is where we set up camp. We bought water, woobies, Lucy treats,and tennis balls.  We were set! Some of my woobies got dirty.

     I chased Lucy Girl n Lucy chased me. And not a single human around to say Hey put them dogs on a leash!  weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!  Ha Ha!

     That's us sitting in the shade after 3 hours of running, playing, looking around, checking out skunks, birds, n chasing daddy,  Daddy says that Lucy Girl has hungry eyes, and we should get going so that he can fix lunch. What a great day I had with Lucy Girl it was pawsome!

On the way home daddy talked of buying some chicken for us,  So we stopped at pet-co where kiggies go n bought a bag of chicken pops, look like pop corn, yummy and two pig ear's one for me n one for Lucy. We chewed on them ears after lunch for hours, It was a day to remember...................................bobbles
